Amazon also has some Diary of a Wimpy Kid shirts now sold by various distributors. Click here to see the whole collection at Amazon.
Borders did release some official Diary of a Wimpy Kid Shirts on which you could write your own quote in a word bubble. However, these are not available on line and my local Borders was sold out. I was able to find some of them using a Wimpy Kid Shirt search on eBay.
I was also able to find a few other Diary of a Wimpy Kid Shirts that I have not seen anywhere else. They are officially licensed and are sold by Retrofacts.

Original Post: My daughter was asking me the other day to buy her a Diary of a Wimpy Kid shirt. Seemed like a good suggestion because she loved the books. But after searching online for over an hour, I couldn’t find one. So I decided that if we want a Wimpy Kid shirt, we’ll have to make one!
Here are two of my favorite sites for making shirts: Zazzle and CafePress. Both allow you to upload graphics or just use text. You can customize the type of shirt, size, color, etc.
So I was thinking…we need to come up with some good Diary of a Wimpy Kid quotes to use to make our own shirts. I’ve come up with a couple but could use your help! Leave a comment with quotes from any of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid book that you think would be great to make into a shirt.
My quotes:

“It’s is a JOURNAL, not a diary”
“I am a Wimpy Kid”
The best shirts from books tend to be the ones that have some kind of quote or reference that you only get if you have read the book. It makes it fun to wear them and see who else “gets it.”

My grandson loves the books and I am getting them for him for Christmas. but you are right. I have looked for T-shirts and there NONE to be found. But if we tried making them, are there not copyrights on them?

From time to time, Target carries some Wimpy kid t-shirts and currently has some there now.
Target stores carry a limited supply of Wimpy Kid tee shirts in Boys sizes. They also show 1 short sleeve tee on their website.
No video games for you!
My son is 11 yrs old. He is a huge fan of the diary of the wimpy kid. We’ve never had a poblem buying him t shirts, we normaly buy them at Burlington coat fac. He has the whole collection. Now everyone calls him the wimpy kid. Hope this is helpful
