Jeff Kinney is releasing a revised and expanded edition of The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book. The book has 16 more pages of full-color comics (for a total of 32 pages of comics) and 32 more interactive pages. The interactive pages ask kids things like “What was the best dream you ever had?” and “What was the worst thing you ever ate?”
The interactive journal is a great supplement to the book series because it helps kids express themselves and practice writing in a fun way that mirrors the way that Greg writes in the Wimpy Kid books. It will also make a nice keepsake to look back on when the child is older.
You can pre-order The Wimpy Kid Do-It-Yourself Book from Amazon for $9.84 and it is eligible for free Super Saver Shipping.

We’ve been getting a lot of emails from people asking “Where can I buy the Diary of a Wimpy Kid game?” The good news is that the game is now available!
The game is called the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Cheese Touch Game” and involves players moving around a board–obviously avoiding the cheese!
You can get it in a number of places but they do sell out from time to time. We’ll list them here as we find them. In addition, there are a couple of other Diary of a Wimpy Kid games that you might want to check out including Diary of a Wimpy Kid UNO, Diary of a Wimpy Kid Scrabble, and various puzzles.
Amazon (currently $19.99) (and they have the other games)
Walmart ($19.99)

The Wimpy Kid Movie Diary will take you through the process of turning a hit book series into a movie. The book will contain “photographs, script pages, storyboard sketches, costume designs, and original art by Jeff Kinney.”
